DIRECTOR OF NURSING

One of the top rated Home Health agencies in Southern California is seeking a Director of Nursing for their facility located in a beautiful
location in near Ventura.

This is a 20+ year old family business that has a great reputation throughout Southern California and is continually growing, is very profitable, offers opportunity for growth, a great Management team, a generous salary, a PTO Plan, 401k retirement plan and great health insurance.

The DON is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations, the supervision of 35+ people and the occasional field visit.

The candidate for this Director of Nursing position must have a current RN license, have 7 years experience in Home Health or Hospice, 3 years supervisory experience, has mentoring skills, great leadership skills and is a great multi-tasker.

CURRENT CALIFORNIA RN LICENSE.
7 YEARS HOME HEALTH/HOSPICE EXPERIENCE.
